We had a leak coming in from our bedroom ceiling fan on the 3rd floor of our townhome every time there was a major rain storm. We were quickly added to their schedule to have our repairs completed (door replaced, new flashing, ceiling insulation and ceiling drywall repairs). The work was meticulous and the repair person was on time each day, respectful of our property and thoroughly cleaned up after the repairs were completed. The communication from Precision was excellent as they kept us abreast of all progress during the project. We highly recommend Precision and would definitely use them on any other projects.
